Return & Exchange Policy

If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our policy on exchanges and returns.
The following terms apply to any products purchased from us.
Exchange-Only Policy
At Musali Handmade, we offer a 14-day exchange-only policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request an exchange.
To qualify for an exchange:

Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@musalihandmade.com. If your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior exchange approval will not be accepted.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you and issue a store credit or exchange code to use for your replacement item. This process typically takes 7-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We will promptly address the issue to make it right.
Order Cancellation Rights
You have the right to cancel your order within 72 hours if your item cannot be exchanged for another product.
To cancel an order, you must notify us clearly via email at info@musalihandmade.com.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving your cancellation request. The refund will be issued using the original payment method, and you will not incur any additional fees for the refund.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for covering the cost and risk of returning items to us.
We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit. Refunds or exchanges cannot be issued without proof of return or receipt of the returned goods.
